Players must be 8 years or older to join any of our VR experiences.

Yes. We host birthday parties, corporate team-building events, school outings, and private group bookings. Packages can include exclusive arena access, dedicated staff, and customized game selections.

We have two play rooms and typically 2–6 players can play simultaneously per play room. Larger groups rotate through sessions so everyone gets a turn.

In a standard session, players can usually experience 1–3 games, depending on game type and length and group size. Party and corporate packages often include multiple game rotations.

Yes. Our trained staff will set up equipment, explain controls, monitor gameplay, and assist players at all times, especially children and first-time users.

VR is safe for most people. Those with epilepsy, severe motion sensitivity, or other medical conditions should consult with a doctor and inform our staff before playing.

Yes. You can take photos and short videos in the arena and viewing area. Our staff will guide you to safe spots while games are running.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid high heels, slippery footwear, or restrictive clothing. Glasses usually fit under VR headsets.

Yes. Every VR escape experience begins with a safety briefing. It is designed with clear play boundaries, real-time monitoring, and safety guidelines. Staff ensure players remain within safe zones at all times.

Very unlikely. Our free-roam system aligns real movement with virtual movement, greatly reducing the mismatch that causes VR motion sickness.

No preparation is needed. Just arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, receive instructions, and get fitted with equipment.

Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed inside the play area for safety reasons. For birthday parties or private events, exceptions may be available—please ask in advance.
